The mayor and Frieda Kroket want to play sports, and Alberto wants to sing opera with Van Leemhuyzen and his harp as accompaniment. Suddenly, however, a letter is discovered stating that a ghost lives in the Elisabethzaal... Alberto and Van Leemhuyzen immediately go ghost hunting.
