Synopsis
A documentary that captures the 1932 Carnival on Rio de Janeiro's Avenida Rio Branco. The film intercuts street festivities with studio musical performances, highlighting Carmen Miranda’s first official screen appearance singing the samba "Bamboleô". Today, the movie is considered a lost film, as all of its original prints and negatives have disappeared.
