Synopsis

Drawing on techniques developed by their father Cal Ripken Sr., baseball legend Cal Ripken Jr. and his brother Bill bring decades of experience to this coaching series, aimed at strengthening the skills of young athletes. Perfect for any player, this easy-to-follow tutorial covers the basics of hitting. In addition to the drills for each lesson, this series also uses archival footage of Major League sluggers to help illustrate each technique.
