Biografia
Figlia dell'attore e comico Eddie Garr, inizia la carriera ancora adolescente come ballerina, partecipando a diversi film musicali e programmi televisivi. Continua a lavorare tra cinema e televisione, recitando in film come Un sogno lungo un giorno (1982), Mr. Mom (1983), After Hours (1985), Miracolo sull'8ª strada (1987), Let It Ride (1989) e Prêt-à-Porter (1994).
