Biografia

Jack Clarke is a Salford-born producer, artist, broadcaster, and curator whose working-class roots drive his mission to reshape cultural narratives from the ground up. Growing up in Kersal, Jack’s work builds bridges between communities and the arts, with projects like For God’s Sake with the HOME Young Film Collective and the award-winning indie feature Nobody Loves You and You Don’t Deserve to Exist. A tireless champion of Greater Manchester’s boroughs, Jack’s storytelling amplifies underrepresented voices, dismantling cultural gatekeeping with a relentless commitment to authenticity. His work is not just art but action, an insurgent call to collectivise creative spaces and wrest them away from the grip of gentrification and predatory capitalism. Jack’s practice is a spark in the dark, igniting a movement that reclaims the cultural landscape and illuminates the stories often consigned to the shadows.
