Gemma Stafford is professionally-trained chef from Wexford, Ireland. She is known for her cooking show "Bigger Bolder Baking", with boldly baked out-of-the-box recipes. Her best known recipes are her no-machine ice cream and mug recipes. She currently lives in Santa Monica, California with her husband Kevin Kurtz and their dog Waffles.
