Biography
Mauro Sérgio Arantes Ramos (Rio de Janeiro, February 13, 1961) is a Brazilian actor, voice actor, former dubbing director, announcer, writer, singer, and narrator. He has been an actor since July 1979 and a voice actor since March 1989, starting his career at Herbert Richers after being recommended by his radio colleague Cordélia Santos to Mário Monjardim, who directed Mauro in his first roles at the largest dubbing studio of that era. Mauro currently works in São Paulo, where he has been based since the 2010s. His oldest daughter, Fernanda Ramos, worked as a child voice actress for a short period during the 1990s.
