Tim Connolly (born December 31, 1969) is an American stunt performer, coordinator, and second-unit director. Standing at six feet one inch with an athletic build, he first gained recognition for his work as a stunt performer on major action blockbusters. Early in his career, he performed stunts in high-adrenaline films such as 300 (2006) and The Matrix Reloaded (2003). Beyond performing stunts, Connolly has shifted into leadership positions in the industry. He served as fight coordinator on multiple episodes of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., including key episodes like “Window of Opportunity” and “Collision Course,” in addition to helming stunt coordination for series such as Runaways and The Old Man, the latter of which he also second-unit directed.
