Now he wants his wife and child back. It's clear to Jan that the man can't be helped with homeopathic doses. Heavy artillery must be brought to bear. Steve, a former colleague who has gone off the rails, promises to help. The operation goes wrong, Rudger rages and Jan flees to one of his patients.
