Esther García Rodríguez (geb. 20. Juli 1956 in Cedillo de la Torre, Segovia) ist eine spanische Filmproduzentin und Produktionsleiterin und gilt als eine der bedeutendsten Frauen des spanischen Kinos. Seit 1986 arbeitet sie mit Pedro Almodóvar zusammen und ist Produktionsleiterin bei El Deseo. Sie hat sich zudem durch die Entwicklung eines Produktionsmodells, das die Unabhängigkeit des Regisseurs fördert, und durch die Förderung junger Talente im Filmregiebereich einen Namen gemacht.
