Alfredo James „Al“ Pacino (* 25. April 1940 in New York) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler, Filmregisseur und -produzent. Pacino gilt für viele Kritiker und Zuschauer als einer der herausragenden Charakterdarsteller des zeitgenössischen amerikanischen Films und Theaters. Im Laufe seiner Karriere wurde er unter anderem mit dem Oscar, dem Golden Globe Award, dem Tony Award und der National Medal of Arts ausgezeichnet.
